If you already have your own website, you can embed the booking widget so any visitor can book an appointment without leaving your site. Your website stays yours; you just add a "Book appointment" button that shows your real availability.
In short
Go to settings → Admin Panel, open Web booking widget, switch it to Active, copy the code and paste it into your page. Visitors see your availability in real time and the appointment lands in your calendar on its own.
Go to the Admin Panel
Click the settings icon (⚙) in the top right and go to Admin Panel.
Open 'Web booking widget'
Inside the Admin Panel, in the Patients section, click Web booking widget. That's where all the widget settings live.
Switch it to Active, configure it and copy the code
Turn on the Active switch and adjust the options:
- Your website domain: only that domain will be able to embed the widget (anti-clickjacking security).
- Offered durations: the minutes you offer, separated by commas (for example, 50, 30).
- Allow online bookings: tick it if you also offer online sessions.
- Show profile panel: displays your photo, specialty, bio, location and price next to the calendar. Requires your public profile to be active.
Click Save and then Copy to grab the code (an iframe snippet). Use Open preview to check how it looks first.
Paste it into your website
Add the code wherever you want it to appear: the contact page, a "Book appointment" button in the menu or your home page. It works with the usual platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace…): paste the snippet into the code or HTML block.
Visitors book and the appointment enters your calendar
Anyone visiting your website sees your real availability and books in seconds, with no calls and no endless forms. As soon as they book, the appointment is added to your calendar with the person's details, and any slots you don't offer aren't shown.
No website of your own?
No problem. You can use your direct link (From the patient's record guide) or your public profile on hanamind.es so people find you and book, with no need for your own site.
With the widget you turn your website into a booking channel: whoever visits can book on the spot, without messaging you or waiting for a reply.
