Yes, there is no commitment or cancellation penalties. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your control panel. You will maintain access until the end of the billed period and you can export all your data before cancelling.

Hana is an optional add-on costing €14.99/month (VAT not included) for each professional who activates it, and it can be added to any plan: Entrepreneur, SME or Custom. On Entrepreneur, being a single user, it is €14.99/month. On SME or Custom, €14.99/month is charged for each psychologist on the team who chooses to activate it: if only two of your five professionals activate it, you pay €29.98/month. You do not need to change or upgrade your plan to use it, and you can add or remove it whenever you want from your control panel, with no commitment.

Yes. From the SME Plan you have full flexibility with billing series: you can use a single shared series for the whole team at the center, or assign each professional their own independent numbering series. This way you can centralize invoicing in a single center-wide series, or have each psychologist keep their own separately, depending on how your clinic is organized.

Yes. Our team handles an assisted migration from your previous software, so you do not have to start from scratch or enter the information by hand. We transfer your data (patients, clinical records, appointments, etc.) and guide you through the entire process to make the transition as smooth as possible. Yes, from the SME Plan. Each professional has their own schedule and, in addition, the account administrator (the person in charge of the center) has a shared view with the whole team's schedule. The other professionals only see their own schedule, not their colleagues', to keep each consultation private.

Both: you choose the mode you prefer. You can set up one-way synchronization (HanaMind appointments are pushed to your Google Calendar) or two-way (changes sync in both directions, so events you create in Google Calendar also block your availability in HanaMind). This way it adapts to how you work.
