In short
From the Admin Panel you choose which alerts are sent to your patients and when. Once turned on, HanaMind sends them automatically for you.
Go to settings and open the Admin Panel
Click the settings icon (⚙) in the top right and open Admin Panel, where the notification settings live.
Open the Notifications section
Inside the Panel, go to the Notifications section. There you’ll see all the alerts you can turn on for your patients.
Choose which alerts are sent and when
Turn on the ones you want to use (for example, a booking confirmation when they reserve and a reminder a few hours before) and adjust when each one is sent.
Save and forget about it
On saving, the notifications are active. From then on, each patient receives their alerts automatically, without you having to do anything.
Fewer empty slots
A simple, timely reminder cuts no-shows dramatically. Combine it with online booking so that, if the patient can’t make it, they reschedule the appointment themselves.
